Affordable Care
For common, non-emergency medical issues, members can receive one-on-one video consultations for a fraction of the cost of a traditional visit to the urgent care center. A virtual visit is often more affordable because we eliminate significant overhead and pass the savings on to our members. To access a virtual visit with a provider you can check with your provider to see if they offer virtual visits or you can access a virtual visit through the Canopy Health app or member portal.
24/7 Access
Video Visits within the Canopy Health app and member portal are available to members 24/7 with no appointment necessary, and prescriptions can be sent electronically to the pharmacy of their choice.
